Back in September of 2005, Jerusalem's Man Alive released Open
Surgery, their American debut on The Militia Group. They toured the
US constantly (including the Take Action and Vans Warped Tour) and wrote
dozens of songs in-between tours filled with catchy hooks, Megadeth-style
guitar solos, and sing-a-long anthems of all kinds. Summer of 2006, the
band went into Panic Button Studios with Jamie Wolford (Let Go,
Brandtson) and recorded a ton of songs. Of these, Man Alive chose to
release a 5-song fast-paced punk rock EP, including a perfect cover of
Face To Face's "I Won't Lie Down." For fans of Propaghandi,
Comeback Kid, or Face To Face.

1 Proud to be Un-American
2 You Got Game
3 Dying Breed (mp3)
4 I Won't Lie Down
5 Worth Every Penny

"Man Alive is a perfect representation of a genre bleeding itself
to sleep. They breath new life into the punk rock style and bring
along enough passion to last years and years."
